Service Description

In BIG's 301: Improv Scene Work course, participants (18+ years old) will apply what they’ve learned about the basics of longform improv in Levels 101 & 201, to focus on making smoother and more innovative scenes. This course will give participants an opportunity to tighten up their longform skills by building stronger comedic ideas through a deeper understanding of character and Game among scene partners and their entire "improv team". Heightened Game moves, backline support moves, second beats, callbacks, and advanced edits will all be practiced and utilized to clean up, fill out, and innovate scene work in this fun-filled course! Schedule: x7 Wednesdays 6:30pm-9:30pm, 7/24/24 through 9/11/24 (+ Culminating Showcase Wednesday 9/18/24 @8pm) **No class the week of August 4th due to Baltimore Improv Festival.
