Do you struggle with getting stuck in your head? Are you worried about saying the right thing during improv scenes? Then LET’S GET PHYSICAL is the workshop for you! We get out of our heads and into our bodies with a series of physical and emotional warm ups and exercises. Focusing more on character physicality, emotion, and environment work will help you follow the fun and find more play in your improv. She has been a writer, comedian, and improviser for over 13 years performing improv and sketch across the country and internationally. With original sketch shows at The Kennedy Center, on the Second City Mainstage, with the Second City National Touring Company, and on UCB house teams. She is currently in development with Judd Apatow, and has worked with Comedy Central, IFC, and can be seen on TBS's Foul Play with Anthony Davis.
