Service Description
The montage format may seem like a free-for-all, but actually it’s a controlled chaos that has specific steps. In this class you’ll learn how to create a successful montage through characters, patterns, details, and more. Plus, you’ll have fun Kathryn Carlsen Kathryn has been performing with BIG since 2007. She has taught and created curriculum for improv class since 2009. She has also taught improv at Johns Hopkins Medical School as well as University of Maryland Business School. Currently, she teaches high school theatre and is the lead theatre teacher for Howard County School System. She has performed at improv festivals in Chicago, Austin, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New York. Heather Moyer Heather Moyer has been performing and teaching improv since 2001. She's performed at improv festivals in NYC, Chicago, San Diego, Philly, Austin, Boston and DC. She's a founding member of the Baltimore Improv Group. Heather is currently in indie troupe Gus, BIG troupe MVA, and Lou Room troupe Croc Talk. Prerequisites: Level 201 Graduates 7 x Mondays: 7:00-900pm, 5/8/23-6/19/23 at The BIG Theater (Class Showcase is Monday 6/26/23 @ 8pm) Teacher: Kathryn Carlsen and Heather Moyer Cost: $265
