10/18/20 Board Meeting - Minutes

Listed below are some key notes and/or action items from the Board Meeting that occurred on October 18th, 2020 from 10:30AM-12:30PM.


Key notes:

  • The board has finalized resources and are looking into the permit portion of the façade project.

  • The call to community members has been sent to the community to participate in search for the new Managing Director. Responses are currently being reviewed.

  • The Veteran Listening session will be on October 26th. The date of the 'Other Abled' Listening Session is TBD.

  • Board members and certain staff are continuing to take diversity and inclusivity courses

  • Keisha Zollar is undertaking external review of BIG's core curriculum
