2017 - A BIG Space Campaign
2017: A BIG Space Campaign will launch in a few weeks. Together we will build the next phase. This move will help Baltimore Improv Group establish a comedy training center and performance space all in one place. As comedy continues to flourish in Baltimore, BIG aims to train and nurture the next generation of performance artists in the greater Baltimore area.
We have huge goals for this 10,000 square foot space, and it is the largest space in the organization's history. BIG can't wait for this opportunity to expand and provide affordable comedy to all of greater Baltimore, and beyond!

TOTAL GOAL: $33,950
Total Required Costs: We need to pay this to move into the new theater.
Total Infrastructure Investments: BIG wants to improve the audience member and performer experience. This money will go towards costs that can move no matter where BIG ends up in the next 7, 10, 15 years? When we select materials for the new stage, we are going to look for solutions that have a high likelihood of transferring space.
Total Space Enhancements: These are all the nice-to-have items, like a liquor license, further upgrades to the green room, and outdoor signage.
