Kim Le joined the Baltimore Improv Group in 2015. She currently performs with Harold Night team Rat Protest. In addition, she performs with independent troupes Hostel, Remote Possibilities and Charming Possibilities, and also directs and performs with GHOST PARTY, a semi-scripted interactive improv variety show. She has received training in improv at BIG and at different theaters across the country, including iO Chicago.
Outside of improv, she has collaborated with Submersive Productions on several projects, including (most recently) creating a one-woman performance as part of the "Institute for Visionary History and the Archives of the Deep Now" series. She occasionally volunteers with the Baltimore Rock Opera Society, and also has training in clowning and puppetry. When she is not performing on a stage or yelling at people to fill out Doodle polls, she volunteers as a mentor as a part of the Baltimore Refugee Youth Project.
